Conceptualising the Equity Bars for Dasra
The Challenge - Equality assumes that everyone has the same needs and circumstances, and therefore, requires the same resources to achieve fairness, justice and progress. This is a dangerous approach because it ignores the ground realities.
The Solution - India needs equity, that understands that everyone has different needs, and requires different resources. To give equity a symbol it deserves, we created ‘The Equity Bars’.
