Identity, Design and UI/UX for Doceree

Background - Doceree is a global healthcare marketing technology company offering an AI-powered “Operating System” for programmatic physician (HCP) engagement. Its solutions include DataIQ, Premium Programmatic, Point-of-Care messaging, RepTwin, and a unified Admanager built exclusively for health publishers. Our brief was to create a visual and UI/UX system that makes this complexity feel intuitive, trustworthy, and human - not overwhelming or sterile - and to ensure that the product scales across geographies, regulatory environments, and device capabilities.

Approach - The approach focused on three pillars:

  1. “Unlock e” logo and visual metaphor To represent the idea of unlocking deeper physician engagement through context, data intelligence, and AI. The gradient‐driven “unlock” icon became a flexible key brand element across touchpoints.
  2. Modular, scalable UI system - A clean, component-based design approach that could accommodate everything from dashboards (DataIQ), workflow tools (Point-of-Care messaging, RepTwin) to ad management UIs (Admanager) and reporting/insights tools, while preserving a coherent look and feel across modules.
  3. Human-centric product UX - Despite the data-driven backend, the UX was designed to feel supportive, conversational, and empowering. We focused on clarity in language, consistent visual hierarchy, and interface patterns that reduce cognitive load for users toggling between clinical content, ad campaigns, and real-time physician targeting tools.

Based on this, we developed a logo and visual identity centred on the “unlock” metaphor, using a purple-gradient palette and the Work Sans typeface to combine tech-savvy and approachability. We also built out a UI component library - visually consistent modules for dashboards, targeting controls, campaign setup, and workflow-embedded messaging tools., that was designed to progressively disclose complexity depending on user role (marketer, publisher admin, campaign analyst, product manager).
